Please Respond to Survey by 4/15/19

The link below takes you to a survey regarding Georgia’s Behavioral Health Needs.  It is being conducted through DBHDD’s Regional Advisory Councils around the state.  They are hoping to have at a minimum 8,000 surveys completed by April 15, 2019.  The results will be reviewed and aggregated by a prominent statistician in our state, with a report coming back to DBHDD and the RAC’s.   The survey takes only a few minutes to complete and centers around identifying independence and recovery needs in Georgia.  It affords all of us with an opportunity to have our voices heard by providing much-needed information, details, and opinions to help Georgians with mental illnesses, addictive diseases, and intellectual/developmental disabilities in the years to come.

Thank you for your help with getting this out to as many people as we can, and to helping our RAC’s go beyond their minimum goal of 8,000 surveys, and in turn, have valuable information with which to move our state forward.
