Congratulations Wes Hoercher!

Congratulations to Wes Hoercher on successfully completing the CARES training and certification! This achievement is a testament to his dedication, compassion, and commitment to meeting peers where they are on their recovery journey. Wes’s lived experience, advocacy, and ability to connect authentically with individuals—especially those impacted by incarceration and reentry—continue to make a meaningful difference every day.  He has been essential in the implementation, development, and continued success of the men’s NA meeting hosted by RISEUP. He is able to connect with the men and get them to open up both in a group setting and one on one.

We are proud of you, Wes, and excited to see how this accomplishment further strengthens the incredible work you do with RISEUP and CSBMG. It is inspiring when one of our original peers from RISEUP thrives in their recovery and lives that recovery unabashedly. We are beyond ecstatic of his achievement and to have him as a part of the RISEUP/CSBMG team and family. Keep leading by example and living recovery out loud!
