Monday Motivation
There are definitely times that things may happen that are beyond our control, but how many times do we make excuses no matter what the circumstances are? Do you know that who always have an excuse for why things didn’t work? It’s never their fault – but always someone else’s?
Don’t be that person. Own mistakes, own the issues. We all make them from time to time but it is what you do about them rather than how you explain them. Granted we do need to be able to explain things and figure out what may have gone wrong so that we can ensure that the mistakes don’t happen again.
This keeps us all stronger – pointing fingers doesn’t always work. We have to be accountable and if we are ALL accountable – others may not have to make excuses or point fingers as the quality of everyone’s work is elevated.
Teamwork and accountability move us forward.
