Better late than never, right???? Just like sending this a day late, it is never too late to start living a healthy life. There are people who didn’t begin running until they were in their 60’s and 70’s or didn’t begin strength training until a later age either. It is NEVER too late!
Obviously the earlier you begin taking care of yourself, the better off you will be in the long run but don’t let age stop you from beginning.
Eat healthy, stay hydrated, get quality sleep, learn to manage stress and MOVE your body!
