Wednesday Wellness

This is true on many levels. Physically, mentally, financially and emotionally.

Physically – being healthy means that you are able to do what you want to do without being limited by ill health. Think of how you feel even having a bad cold. The last thing you want to do is get off the sofa. Being healthy brings a wealth of physical opportunities.

Mentally – being healthy means that your body is being nourished and exercised which in turn leads to a mentally happier you. Exercise is great when you may be sad – it amps up those endorphins and helps you to pull out of a fog. Eating healthy and keeping your gut health in check has numerous benefits to mental health.

Financially – being healthy keeps your money in your pocket. The cost of ill health is astronomical today. Keeping yourself healthy by eating well, exercising and reducing stress, you may not need to spend so much out of your pocket on medical expenses.

Emotionally – being healthy may bring a more positive attitude toward life which keeps you emotionally strong.
