CSBMG is proud to recognize Clay Carroll, whose dedication and hard work have led him to achieve board certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner! Clay joined us in June 2021, and his commitment to excellence has made a lasting impact. Known for his willingness to go above and beyond, Clay is trusted by those individuals he cares for and is always ready to step in where he’s needed … including his roles as a nurse at the Dublin outpatient clinic, IDD nurse, and support for other clinics.

Throughout his time here, Clay has built meaningful relationships with individuals and colleagues alike, thanks to his exceptional bedside manner, communication, and interpersonal skills. Even while balancing his full-time duties, he remained committed to furthering his education.  We’re proud of him and excited to celebrate this incredible accomplishment and career milestone.
