The latest data from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing reveals that Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) are significantly improving access to care nationwide. In the past year alone, CCBHCs have served an estimated 3 million people across 40% of U.S. counties, breaking down barriers to lifesaving substance use treatment, crisis services, integrated care, and more for clients in both urban and rural settings (National Council for Mental Wellbeing, 2024).
