Without moving into a state of hibernation we tend to slow down in the winter months and stay inside where it’s warm. It is great to get out for fresh air, sunshine and nature walks in winter, too. Be sure you are not allowing your activity levels to fall off during this time of year. With Thanksgiving behind us and Christmas ahead there are lots of opportunities to overindulge with all of the treats and meals so we need to keep our movement going!
Stay hydrated, eat seasonal fresh fruits and veggies and keep moving to stay healthy this winter.
