Tik Tok trends come and go and celebrities pop up to endorse certain products or services (but remember they are being paid for that endorsement)….. We live life in a social media frenzy these days so it is always good to remember that much of the content is manufactured to elicit certain responses and not necessarily to improve your health. Also – just because something worked for one person – it may not work for you.
Taking care of our bodies by getting at least 150 minutes of movement a week, eating healthy, staying hydrated, keeping our stress levels down and getting quality sleep are what keep us healthy! No one said it was easy but it is definitely worth it!!!!
