Sunshine, fresh foods, water, natural environments to move in and more! These ingredients are essential to our health and well being and they are free (for the most part). It costs nothing to take a walk outdoors in the sunshine which is beneficial in so many ways including resetting your circadian rhythm, moving your body, and absorbing a little Vitamin D from the sun (don’t forget your sunscreen depending on time of day). No matter where you live, you can grow fresh vegetables – even if it is just a small container on your porch. Water is something that we mostly take for granted because it is there but staying hydrated is extremely important to overall health.
