Wellness Wednesday

Daily habits good or bad do shape the future of many things and one of the most important being our health.
If we stay up late at night watching television, scrolling social media or playing games – we are shaping our health in a bad way because we are not allowing our bodies to get the rest needed.
If we eat processed foods that are high in sugar and fats, we are shaping our health in another bad way because we are not feeing it nutritious fruits and vegetables and other nutrients needed.
If we choose to sit all day and not add any movement into our routines, we again are shaping our health badly since we are depriving our muscles of strength building movements and neglecting our cardiovascular health.
Everything we do is a choice – choose wisely.
