Happy Valentine’s Day from Community Service Board of Middle Georgia!

Telehealth can play a role in addressing heart disease as the leading cause of death in the United States.

The saying “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink” applies here.  We can talk about healthy choices all day but if we don’t adopt them we are no better off. 

On February 11th, Community Service Board of Middle Georgia celebrates the International Day of Women and Girls in Science! Let’s honor the achievements of women in STEM fields and inspire the next generation to pursue their dreams.

Words matter!   Sometimes we must be truthful but there are ways to do this with compassion and kindness.   Before we speak, we should always be sure the words we convey are true!
