In some aspect, everyone is a leader! You may not lead a team of people, but you may lead a project, your family, a church group or may find yourself in some other type of leadership role. When we lead, we should always set a personal example of what you expect in others.

Please join me in congratulating Lexi Cutler for completing requirements for her RBT certification. The Registered Behavior TechnicianTM (RBT®) is a nationally recognized paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis.

Nurses perform some of the most essential healthcare tasks and serve as the first point of contact for most patients. From assisting with life-threatening crises to delivering babies and caring for individuals in their last moments, nurses perform some of the most difficult and heartbreaking tasks in the medical world.

This is easily applicable to financial decisions, as well as, any other decisions. While we may have our financial roadmap in place it is the little bumps in that road that sometimes take us down unknown roads. Being flexible is key to keeping on track on your financial path.

I am delighted to announce that Amanda Jones-O'Neal has been selected by the JWS Board as the 2024 recipient of the John Williams Scholarship. This prestigious award is a testament to Amanda's unwavering commitment to her continued professional development and her passion for social work.
