There are definitely times that things may happen that are beyond our control, but how many times do we make excuses no matter what the circumstances are?   Do you know that who always have an excuse for why things didn’t work?   It’s never their fault – but always someone else’s?

There are so many thoughts to unpack in this quote today that I could write a book instead of an email….   Read this – then read it again.

The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline was established to provide support to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis, yet data shows that certain populations—particularly people of color, younger individuals, and those in rural areas—are at a higher risk of suicide.
