Heartfelt congratulations and a big thank you to those reaching milestone anniversaries with Community Service Board of Middle Georgia between July 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.

There has been a lot going on recently and stress levels have been a little high. A wonderful and natural way to relieve stress is available to you 24 hours a day - 7 days a week – your BREATH!.

Anyone who knows me will understand this one because I love to learn new things and expand my knowledge base.  I can attest to this by the number of books that arrive at my home on a regular basis.  

January marks the inaugural Substance Use Disorder Treatment Month, a national initiative by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to shed light on the importance of prevention, evidence-based treatment, and recovery for those struggling with substance use disorders (SUDs) (SAMHSA, 2025).

When something seems to good to be true – it usually is!!! Don’t fall for it.
