We are thrilled to announce that our collaborative partner, City of Hope Homeless Shelter, Inc., has been awarded a 2024 National Recovery Month Mini-Grant. This year’s theme, “Hope is Real, Recovery is Real,” perfectly aligns with supporting and celebrating the transformative journey of recovery within our community.

Shepeard Community Blood Center will be parked at Building 2 on Monday, August 12th from 10AM to 2PM. Please share with others!

The children are back in school so now we swap summer budgets for school budgets. Returning to school brings lots of expenses from new clothes/uniforms, book bags, lunches, extracurricular activities and more.

Better late than never, right???? Just like sending this a day late, it is never too late to start living a healthy life. There are people who didn’t begin running until they were in their 60’s and 70’s or didn’t begin strength training until a later age either. It is NEVER too late!
