The Southeastern portion of the United States is still reeling from the two major hurricanes that impacted several states and so many have lost so much – kindness is the one thing that we can extend to each other right now that does not cost us anything. 

We are thrilled to announce that our organization has been recognized with the Region 2 Behavioral Health Provider Award for 2024! This award highlights our commitment to delivering exceptional behavioral health services and supporting our community in meaningful ways.

We have definitely experienced the unthinkable recently with Hurricane Helene!   Planning ahead does not necessarily keep us safe from the storms but they can help us to weather them.  

We can all identify with empty tanks recently from either filling up our vehicles, our generators or ourselves.   Be gentle with yourself and with others right now.  

On World Mental Illness Week, let's prioritize mental well-being for all. Mental health matters just as much as physical health.
