The children are back in school so now we swap summer budgets for school budgets. Returning to school brings lots of expenses from new clothes/uniforms, book bags, lunches, extracurricular activities and more.

Better late than never, right???? Just like sending this a day late, it is never too late to start living a healthy life. There are people who didn’t begin running until they were in their 60’s and 70’s or didn’t begin strength training until a later age either. It is NEVER too late!
