On February 11th, Community Service Board of Middle Georgia celebrates the International Day of Women and Girls in Science! Let’s honor the achievements of women in STEM fields and inspire the next generation to pursue their dreams.

Words matter!   Sometimes we must be truthful but there are ways to do this with compassion and kindness.   Before we speak, we should always be sure the words we convey are true! 

At Community Service Board of Middle Georgia, we recognize the vital connection between mental health and heart health. Research indicates that individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and chronic stress are at a higher risk of developing cardiovascular diseases (American Heart Association [AHA], 2023).
