International Self-Care Day, celebrated annually on July 24, serves as a vital reminder of the importance of self-care in maintaining overall well-being. Self-care encompasses activities and practices that individuals engage in regularly to reduce stress and enhance their physical, mental, and emotional health (World Health Organization, 2023).

We are thrilled to announce that the Georgia Agricultural Wellness Alliance (GAWA) has become a collaborative partner of the Loving Our Community Coalition (LOCC).
